Today the theme is something that is almost totally escapes the predictive efforts of man – the weather.
The Homebuilder’s Confidence numbers is one of my first topics today. Prices of houses are going higher, mostly because of the institutional buyers. But for the first time in a while, the confidence number went below 50. I’ll talk about what that means. Is the weather a part of this?
I’m also going to discuss empire manufacturing. You could you look at weather’s potential impact, but the new orders tumbled in the report. With the time that it takes to produce, the weather wouldn’t be a factor.
All that and a lot more – in today’s show. Thanks for listening!
